Site visit if required to assess structures and establish requirements to obtain approval. 

Fee will depend on location

( No fee charged if site visit not required ) 

Gather existing plans, site plan , engineering , owner consent if available . 

( We can still assist without these items ) 

 Prepare and submit quote for council fees, certifier fees and any ongoing fees 

Customer acceptence , agreement signed and payment processed 

Lodged with certifier for processing. We work in close alignment with a well-established certifier to facilitate the timely processing of your applications. 

Review by certifier . 

If further issues raised like sewer main or services obstructing the project , town planning requirement , siting variation needed ,

Quote will be provided  

Any rectification or structual changes required including stormwater connection will need to be made

( We can assist with this )  

When application is approved - inspection will be carried out by the certifier and a final approval document  issued
