We offer a free online assessment to establish your requirements, after which we provide a fee estimate to obtain the approval. Often, a standard application for building approvals to a certifier is all that is needed. In more complex installations, a council relaxation or Town planning may be required, or modifications to the structure may be necessary if it is not compliant. We can assist with these steps, including obtaining Retrospective Approvals when necessary.
